Our TechPlus AI program combines digital literacy, computer science, artificial intelligence, technology skills, and future-ready learning experiences designed specifically for K–8 students and educators.
We are looking for an experienced K–12 educator and instructional technology professional who understands both how students learn and how AI can transform education.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to help schools move beyond simply using technology to becoming truly AI-ready.
The initial role is part-time, 2 days per week, with the potential to grow into a full-time AI Technologist position as our programs and client base expand.
What You’ll Do
Teach & Support
- Deliver our TechPlus AI curriculum to K–8 students.
- Support classroom teachers with technology integration and implementation.
- Help educators confidently integrate AI and digital tools into instruction.
- Create engaging, practical learning experiences that connect technology to real-world skills.
Design & Develop
- Design AI-powered instructional materials, lessons, activities, and professional learning content.
- Develop standards-aligned learning experiences using AI, digital tools, and project-based learning.
- Experiment with emerging AI tools and rapidly prototype new instructional solutions.
- Translate complex AI concepts into practical strategies that educators and students can easily understand and use.
Train & Lead
- Lead professional development for educators on AI tools, prompting, AI ethics, responsible use, and best practices.
- Help schools understand how AI can improve teaching, learning, productivity, and student readiness.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends in K–12 education.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a practitioner, builder, and educator—someone who can work independently, teach effectively, and turn new technology into practical solutions.
Required
- Based in the United States with excellent English communication skills.

5+ years of K–12 education experience as a teacher, instructional coach, technology coordinator, administrator, or district leader.
- Strong experience with AI tools and emerging technologies, including prompting, AI agents, workflow automation, or AI-assisted content creation.
- Strong instructional design skills and the ability to create engaging, standards-aligned learning experiences.
- Deep understanding of digital literacy, computer science, media fluency, and technology integration in K–12 schools.
- Ability to connect instructional goals to practical AI and technology solutions.
- Comfortable experimenting with new AI tools and rapidly developing practical prototypes, workflows, and learning experiences.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a consultative, client-facing environment.
- Highly proficient with Chromebooks, Windows PCs, Google Workspace, and Google Classroom.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI implementation or AI readiness planning for schools or districts.
- Experience with strategic EdTech planning, technology audits, or school transformation projects.
- Familiarity with ISTE, CSTA, and/or state technology standards.
- Experience with project-based learning.
- Knowledge of digital citizenship, AI ethics, responsible AI, and AI safety.
- Experience leading educator professional development.
- Experience creating AI-powered workflows, automations, or custom AI assistants.
- Experience working with private schools, charter schools, or school districts.
